Just finished this bad boy and I am SO happy that I decided to make it happen when I did. • In the past I would have said... “Its December, Christmas is coming...what’s the point”, but this time I knew better. For the last couple months I have been slowly declining... mood, attitude, eating discipline, depressed, stressed, anxiety, and sadness. Sometimes it takes a slap in the face to realize ALL the things work together to help keep me in a place (of my own version) of balance. • I’ll be the first to admit that I never would have said that our diet (the food we intake everyday) has power over our mind and overall spirit... but it does. When we eat like garbage more than we don’t, our body, organs, mind, attitude, and capacity to handle stress and anxiety ALL take the hit. Several factors contributed to my slow spiral down and I am going to share the other factors as well, but this is a huge contributor. • 3 days. Healthy fats, fruits, veggies, superfoods, some nutrient dense shakes, & fiber. All laid out to help you stop the cycle of overeating, stop the cravings, & get you back in track! • Here is the exciting part for me...I DID NOT weigh or measure myself before or after. My early Christmas present to myself this year is 👇 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tis the season for giving, so how many of us actually stop and think about what we can give ourselves? 😟⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Making my health a priority is my gift to me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ With help from   @balanced  _health_naturally I now have an individualised, yes my one of a kind, nutrition plan 🍄⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ First step was to test my blood and find out how my body was processing nutrients and if there were any areas that needed correcting (metabolic biochemistry). Day 11/21 and ya girl is DOWN 10.5 LBS YALL!!!👏🏻 I know you’re thinking -That’s BULLSHIT 💩 There’s No way! & Trust and Believe when I saw that # this morning I had to triple check because I almost didn’t believe it either 😏 But Ive done this cleanse 4xs in the last 5 years and I know the results that can be achieved with this 21 day plant based cleanse are pretty LEGIT! I’m not perfect, then again no one is. This, lovely lady, is the law of hypnotic rhythm we all fall prey to 👉. Did you know? You spend 80% of your day on your hypnotic habitual hamster wheel, going riund and round in circles. Although you may think that you make daily decisions - what to eat, what to wear, what to say - your decisions are really the same ol' routine your mind in used to. So you're not actually making new decisions 😱, you're just reacting to new situations with your hamster wheel habits. That's a bit sad to know, don't you reckon? Not much active brainwork going on. So when I say I'm a Habit Change expert, it's no joke 😏. You think a thought - like the fact that you should avoid fatty foods because you'll become fat - and so you take action and actively avoid fatty foods. And you see the result being that you gain weight if you eat fatty foods but are in good shape if you avoid it. And so it becomes a behaviour of yours to avoid fatty foods because they make you fat, and then for the rest of your life ever single time you make a decision of what to eat, you go with this hamster wheel cycle. Save this post and take the next 24 hours to notice a hamster wheel belief you follow in your daily decisions. So how do you stop this? Simple, you catch yourself at your thoughts. You can't control what you think, but you can control what thought you let yourself dwell on. So just like a good Muslim when you give people the benefit of doubt, give yourself that benefit as well and catch yourself at the beginning to change your daily habits.
